Design/Engineering Department
Sperrin Metal design engineers are highly skilled in creating the best storage system for your warehouse. Looking in detail at your exact requirements in terms of floor space, ceiling height, access needs and pallet type.
Sperrin Metal engineers aim to design a storage system that will maximise the space available, minimise the cost of access as well as keeping the overall cost within your budget.
Manufacturing Facility
Sperrin Metal Storage Solutions have 3 state of the art manufacturing facilities all of which are located within Mid Ulster, Northern Ireland.
These locations incorporate a 150,000sq ft facility based at Cahore Road, Draperstown, Sperrin Powder Coatings, Tobermore and our Extrusion Plant, Derrynoid.
The manufacturing plant is facilitated with specialist machinery including a Salvagini Panel bender, various presses, rollformers, automatic and manual welders and our new high speed welder.
Project Management and Installation covering UK and Ireland
Sperrin Metal appreciates that installation is a vital process in providing a product that will give the customer full satisfaction.
Sperrin Metal use several teams of dedicated installers that have many years of experience within the racking and shelving industry. . We have installation teams based throughout the UK and Ireland and which will ensure a speedy response to customer requirements. All the installers are Safe Pass trained in appropriate scissor lifting and forklift training as well as being SEIRS trained.
Sperrin Metal have dedicated project manager who supervises the installation process. This includes checking the site initially to preparing a site-specific risk assessment, and method statement as well as monitoring the ongoing installation. The installers are also vastly experienced in taking down existing racking and shelving and reassembling them at another location.
